Q:will this work with stainless flex line
A:Yes, the outlet will connect to your typical faucet or toilet flex lines.
Q:Are these valves all brass including stem and handle?
Q:What type valve angle stop valve do I use for PEX
A:From Pex Supply Website ;
A:I'm not a plumber but if David is wanting to use PEX lines for his supply line stub outs, I would not recommend this. For mine, I used copper elbow special pieces made for PEX tubing. These had a dual benefit in that they allowed me to pressure test prior to installing drywall and then I simply used a copper tubing cutter to cut them off and install the angle stop valves (with escutcheons) when I was ready to connect the supply lines. (PexSupply did not sell these copper stub outs so I purchased them from a different supplier.)
A:It depends on the PEX fitting style you plan to use. H160500 works with a PEX crimp connection, part LF4855038 works with ProPEX expansion fittings for PEX-A, and part 23036 works with SharkBite-style push-fit connections.
Q:My home has pex plumbing under my kitchen sink. I wish to know if I can use this compression stop valve on my 1/2 inch pex. I need to replace two of them for a new faucet. Thank you!
A:No, you cannot use this.
