The product itself is fine, but why don't they include the metal retention clip?
part was exactly as described and a perfect replacement, fast shipping also.
I would recommend to my friend
Product was an exact fit and came really fast in the mail
This fan fits right on a little post just inside the cover on the unit. Pex had one of the lowest prices and the web site was easy to use. It even offered advice on how to install the item, which I did not end up needing, but was nice to know it was avaliable. I just stuck the fan on the post and it worked. The old piece had broken and made a loud noise when the furnace first turned on. I took the broken piece to [@], and they told me to call a repairman because I should not try to fix it on my own. I decided to give it a try myself, given the low price of the part, and it turned out to be an easy fix.
Factory part. Went on no problem. Old one had worn so the shaft would spin freely and the "keyed" part was completely worn. New part works fine, fits perfect. Put on a new retaining clip on the end of the motor shaft and its good to go.
This is a basic inducer fan for a Bryant furnace, it was a perfect replacement

A:You probably do, but it may be a good idea to have a licensed contractor inspect the furnace.
