Dead end. No sweat

Comments about 3/4"" SharkBite EndStop (Lead Free):
I removed an old water heater and had to dead end several 3/4" copper pipes in a confined space. I didn't want to sweat the copper because of the fire hazard. These caps worked great, with just the soft tap of a rubber hammer. Though much more expensive than copper, Sharkbites just make things so much easier.

Great for a fast install. I found them great if you wanted to stop off an area while keeping the rest of the house going. Easy to put on and take off.
Cap and uncap in seconds!

Comments about 1/2" EndStop:
I used these to cap off copper and pex lines during a bathroom renovation. In a matter of seconds I cut the pipe, pressed the sharkbite in place, and then turned the water back on to the rest of the house. When I was ready to install fixtures, I poped the caps right off and installed my new fittings. Piece of cake. Also, they are re-usable so I'll be keeping them for future projects.

Comments about 3/8" EndStop:
These things are great, I think they are great in places where you may need to break a copper connection later. They are justifiably expensive and a great product. I hope their price comes down as they become more popular.

I am a G.C.,Excellent way to cap off water supply when performing renovations.Remember the days it took for ever to drain water out of the pipes to sweat solder.I keep an assortment in my van all the time.Well worth the money.

When rerouting a line and the old line is to much work to remove capping it off with this is perfect.
