Be sure to clean everything, watch how you handle the nozzle, do not touch the filter end, and be sure to replace the filter at the tank or inline, that is a must to keep clean unit to the unit,

Comments about Type A Hollow 80° Steel Oil Nozzle (0.85 GPH):

I live in a remote area and did not want to have to travel an hour to look for the nozzle size that I had. So having ordered products from Pex in the past I looked at there website and found that they had any size you wanted. They did tell me that there was going to be a two week wait for the nozzle I needed but came sooner than that.

                            Q:

I removed the oil burner nozzle from my burner which is stamped 1.25 70 A. Can you tell me the difference between solid and hollow cone nozzles?
                            Thanks,Perry

                              A:

If you could point the nozzle towards a wall, the hollow nozzle would produce a ring pattern (no oil inside the ring). The solid would produce a filled circle pattern (oil completely covers the circle).
