Description for DiversiTech PC-1B

Pan-Coat® is a two part epoxy coating with antimicrobial additives designed for HVAC applications. It is a self leveling formula that is ideal in a damp or wet environment. Pan-Coat® resists corrosion and stops pan leaks without replacing the pan.

Permanently seals drain pan leaks while preventing further rust and corrosion.

High cross linked density, ceramic filled novolac 2 part epoxy system containing no solvents or VOCs.

Pan-Coat® requires minimal surface preparation. Pan-Coat® can bond to wet or damp substrates, and will cure under water. Pan-Coat's® self-leveling formula allows for smooth, even coverage and creates a strong, permanent impact resistant bond with the surface, be it wood, metal, or concrete.

Chemical Resistance
Sulfuric acid (75%), sodium hydroxide (50%), hydrochloric acid (20%), acetic acid (10%), sodium chloride, copper sulfate, diesel fuel, gasoline, crude oil, mineral spirits, ethylene and propylene glycol, sewage, brine water.

Comments about Pan-Coat Pan Sealant (250 ml Bag):

I cleaned the loose rust, prepped it like I was painting and this stuff repaired even large rusted through holes in my pan. I used aluminum duct tape on the back side of the pan on the large holes to contain the Pan Coat liquid until dry. If you can't find a replacement pan this is what you need.
