These are small units that work well

By G-man

Comments about SP35 Single Point Electric Tankless Water Heater:

We need 2 ball valves for installation: one on the inlet and one on the outlet of this heater. Inlet may be large, like 3/8". But 1/4" works.

First we had installed a too big outlet valve: 1/4" is way big enough! 3/16" would work too.

Electrician complained re: installation

By PM Larry

Comments about SP35 Single Point Electric Tankless Water Heater:

Unit works fine and is perfect for a low-use sink. We installed in restrooms of our village community center, and they really lower cost of heating water. The electrician complained that the knockout for power feed was too close to the back of the unit, making it difficult to tighten nut that terminates the flexible conduit from the wall to the unit.
