Comments about HomeAdvantage Whole Home Electric Tankless Water Heater, Single Heating Module (Apts. & Condos):

This unit will provide endless hotwater for a single shower that has a 1.5 gpm shower head! If you are a single person or only have one water demad at a time,, this will work. If you have a family that will have two showers or more going at one, get the next size up. It was easy to install, the wiring was easy as it gets! PEX was great and shippedmquick! I will never go back to a tank!

Comments about HomeAdvantage Whole Home Electric Tankless Water Heater, Single Heating Module (Apts. & Condos):

Shower water is hot and lasts as long as you want to shower. Kitchen sink is luke warm at best. The distance is not that great, maybe 15 feet at the most from the unit to the kitchen sink.

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

Tankless water heaters can provide hot water indefinitely - provided that their per-minute flow ratings based on the required temperature rise are not exceeded. A typical shower uses about 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute). Based on your location in Pennsylvania, you would probably want to consider something larger, like the SS019240TC or SS023240TC.
