EASY INSTALLATION ! ! !

Comments about HomeAdvantage Whole Home Electric Tankless Water Heater, Dual Heating Module (Apts., Condos, Small Home):

I was really concerned that this project would be to much for a beginner like me. I was wrong. Anyone can do this. The quick connect fittings, make the plumbing very easy. I installed it underneath the house, in a cottage that is over 100 years old. There was no place in the cottage for a water heater. So glad I did this. Gives me more hot water than I can use, and I bought one of the smaller units.

Comments about HomeAdvantage Whole Home Electric Tankless Water Heater, Dual Heating Module (Apts., Condos, Small Home):

Supplied connectors and ground point had to be adjusted and tightened, dissapointed there was a leak internal to the assembly. Especially since I had to drain and dissasemble to fix it.

It does work. Under low flow you can hear the very noisy relay kick in. You can also hear the relay kick out as soon as the faucet is off. Not a deal breaker for me, but the heater is in the basement; the bath is on the first floor and I can hear that clunk clear as day.

I live in too cold a climate for it, but it does provide nice warm shower water if I do not add cold.

This is a great option if you have ample room to add *4* full-size breakers to your breaker box and make two runs of 8ga wire to the unit. Took me a few months to re-arrange my circuits as the breakers all have to be in a row on the same side.

I have a Bosch Propane tankless system in my primary house and it does not turn on at the low flow that this system does.
