Description for Field Controls 46100000

The ClearWave is a time-tested product that conditions water without using salt, chemicals or changes to plumbing. ClearWave treated water acts like soft water even though we don't remove the calcium. We use computer generated clearwaves to alter the calcium particles so they don't stick to each other or to your plumbing. These changed particles help dissolve existing scale and help prevent new scale from forming. This ClearWave treated water continues to dissolve scale as it flows downstream. Over time, the ClearWave helps solve hard water problems in the entire system, including pipes, water heater, shower heads and appliances.

I installed the clear wave in about 15 minutes in the basement, easy set up and works well so far and it's only day three! I would recommend this to anyone with hard water at your home.

Comments about CW-125 Clear Wave Water Conditioner:

I bought the Clear Wave at the recommendation of a plumber. I installed it myself and it was extremely easy to do. I would highly recommend not paying someone to do it for you provided you have and electrical outlet a reasonable distance from where the Clear Wave will be installed. The coils do not stay wrapped without the zip ties so have them close by when you are installing the product. I installed the Clear Wave three weeks ago and have been away from home 50% of the time since it was installed. The water pressure in my house has improved but that is all that I have noticed so far and that could be from taking the old tank style water softener off line.

A Very Fine Product that Works!

By David Michael Klemmer

Comments about CW-125 Clear Wave Water Conditioner:

I bought my first Clear Wave Water Conditioner about six years ago for my previous condominium and found that it lives up to all its claims. I have used this product with city water; I do not know how well it would work with hard, well water. The water felt softer and it improved the efficiency of soap so that it lathered more easily and less soap was needed. The best benefit of all was that the clear wave removed the calcium build-up in my hot water tank so that I did not need to flush it out. In addition, water spots are much easier to remove from kitchen glassware and from washed cars. When I transferred to Toledo Ohio from West Michigan, I was able to take my Clear Wave with me and hook it up to my hot water line. Within a couple of days, I noticed that soap lathered more quickly and the water felt more refreshingly soft. Because of the way the cold water line enters into my condominium and branches immediately into two different directions, I needed to purchase two additional Clear Wave Conditioners for these lines in addition to the one I already have on the hot water line. It is said that these conditioners do not interfere with one another and that they work well on plastic as well as copper pipe - So far; so good! A very good buy that will not dissappoint you. Regards, David

Would this product avoid me buying a water softener or would I still need one?

      A:

The ClearWave works effectively in water with hardness as high as 25 grains or 425 ppm. If your water is harder than this, we recommend you use a traditional salt softener in conjunction with the ClearWave.
