Hot water in 4 or 5 seconds at every faucet- fantastic! Should have done this years ago.
Good thing it has a pilot light, it is so quite you could not tell it was runing without the light. Be sure to get the model with the temperature switch (aquastat.)

Installed this item in my house over 2 years ago, I love it, hot water instantly, really saved me having to turn on my shower in the morning and wait 90 seconds for hot water. I reeommend this for every house that uses conventional hot water heaters. Does not work with "on demand" water heaters, read their warning about supplying hot water with "on demand" water heaters

what does the maximum head range mean

                              A:

This means the maximum pressure that the pump can produce. Feet of Head and pressure are the same thing. If you had 10psi you would multiply that by 2.31 to get Feet of Head. If you had 150Ft of Head then you would divide by 2.31 to get pressure.
