I've used these controllers to perform several different functions and they have proven to me to be the easiest and most versatile controller I've used and I've been doing HVAC for 35 years.
Space temp, discharge air, pressure, humidity, reset, multiple sensor inputs, multiple analog and digital outputs, - it does it all with idiot-proof programming. Built in time clock also.
What's not to like?
