Description for Mcdonnell & Miller 169550

Overview

McDonnell & Miller Universal Water Feeders are ideal for use in residential or small commercial applications. Versatile and compact, they are easily installed to operate with either a probe- or float-type low water cut-off. The feeders are always ready to add water when given the signal from the LWCO - no need to manually add water. And they protect the boiler from a dry fire condition by maintaining a safe minimum water level in the boiler should a system leak occur. They monitor the water level, maintaining a safe minimum and allow the boiler water line to rise and fall naturally through its normal operating range.

Features

  • Multi-color LED
  • Four position on/off dip switch
  • Water supply pressures to 150 psi; boiler pressures to 15 psi
  • 3/8" NPT connection

The manual was no help in wiring it to my boiler. Which is fine in it self. I only give it a 4 because, you can NOT set the "time" it open in feeding the boiler. You must change the washers, which is hard to do AFTER it is installed.

                        A:

That depends on the voltage that can be supplied to the LWCO.
