How does this attach to the Mr. Pex 520-75P Manifold

            A:

This kit is only designed for the smaller (1.25") Mr. PEX manifolds and would not work with 1.5" models such as the 520. Our recommendation for the large-bore manifolds would be to use a pressure gauge with standard pipe thread and adapt it to the 1.25" female NPT thread on the ball valves that come with the manifolds.

          Q:

I used this to test a 3 loop Riefeng radiant heat manifold. Filled to 50 lbs. Lost a bout 2 lbs in 2 hours. Is that a significant amount of loss? My guess is that any loss is a manifold connection or the test kit itself but the loss rate is so low nothing shows with soapy water.

I used same test kit on my 5 loop system, put in 30 lbs. I pressurized each zone, then soapy water tested connections at manifold. After each zone pressurized and shut off, I added air to manifold it self. About 30 psi, I did loose about 3 psi over duration of the concrete pour.Which took about 6 hours. When i lossened the zone fittings on the manifold after concrete was dry I still had good pressure, you could hear air purging from the lines. As long as you have no leaks in your pex line's. I dont think the manifolds are ment to hold air pressure. I hope this helped you out. I am pouring another big slab and will be using the same kit again.

This pressure test kit comes with the parts needed to connect to manifolds with 1" BSP threads, such as Mr. PEX and Rifeng heating manifolds.

Yes, I used it by connecting it to a manifold with 6 shark bite shutoffs.
I was able to test all 3 or individual PEX loops for my radiant floor
heating. The inspector liked the setup and signed off immediately on my
            PEX installation.

Not sure I completely understand your question, I have purchased and used a pressure test kit (although it did not come with all the pieces shown in the photo below)
The pressure test kit should include the gauge with brass fitting at the base, connected to the steel "T" with the air pressure line fitting on the left side. It also included the adapter (top left) (1-1/4" NPT x EPK__(?)) to screw the "T" onto the manifold body ( which has the same size EPK fitting.) I believe the cap (lower left) was also included so the other end of the manifold could be capped in order to create a closed system to test the pressure.
The manifolds I have used this to test was a Rifeng 7 port (1/2") manifold (stainless steel).
I did not use the cap as I had valves on the other end along with 3/4" PEX piping going to and from the bolier main (so it was already a closed system).
The two flow rate gauges (upper right ) were NOT inlcuded in the kit (nor were flow rate gauge retainer rings - lower right).
This was all I needed to pressure test the loops off my Rifeng manifolds.
And obviously, you will also need a pressurized air source (compressor, hose, air fill nozzle).

This kit connects to the 1" BSP thread on Mr. PEX and Rifeng radiant heat manifolds. To pressure test directly at the tubing, you'd be best off using a separate pressure gauge and Schrader valve along with connection fittings that match those parts and any PEX tool you have.
