  • 9420 Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat

    Q:

i have a loose white wire and no wire in the "L" spot????
Asked on 6/21/2012 by mk from pensacola,fl.

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

This unit will work perfectly fine without the L terminal being connected, as that is only if a System monitor is connected. However, in regards to the loose white wire more information would be needed. If the white wire is on the thermostat end are there any other terminals that are available? If the wire is on the other end, there are multiple different options as to what that wire could be connected to.
