Comments about Programmable Thermostat (3 Heat - 2 Cool):

programming the time for the different segments can be a bit tricky and confusing. Had an issue with resetting to factory defaults when procedure in manual did not work Other than that it is pretty much a no brainer.

Great Product - I bought 2

Comments about Programmable Thermostat (3 Heat - 2 Cool):

The Robertshaw Thermostat was a replacement for a Lennox thermostat. It was identical inside the unit and a whole lot less money. The directions were very good. I was able to straighten out a problem that the original installer of the Lennox unit made. The installation was a breeze. Supply House was fantastic to deal with!

Improved Thermostat

Comments about Programmable Thermostat (3 Heat - 2 Cool):

This thermostat was a replacement for my Lennox Signature T-Stat. This stat had features that were improvements to the original OEM stat. The cost was one third of what I would have paid to a local contractor for the OEM stat, and the installation was a wire for wire replacement. The new display stays dimly lit for a sort of night light, but it also makes it easy to read at night as you pass by without turning on a room light. Very adjustable and customizable too.

Comments about Programmable Thermostat (3 Heat - 2 Cool):

I use this thermostat to control a Lennox system. Heat pump with gas furnace backup. User settings allow for many possible automated options for running my system. This thermostat is very easy to program. Instructions are great. I don't have anything negative to say about this thermostat. Very straight forward installation, programming and use.

Performs flawlessly.

Comments about Programmable Thermostat (3 Heat - 2 Cool):

I bought this thermostat to replace an expensive Lennox thermostat that was starting to fail. This thermostat looked nearly identical to the original Lennox thermostat I used. When I opened the new one up it was wire for wire identical. But this one performs much better. It is much better at getting and keeping the house to the right temperature when it is supposed to. The change in the back lighting is nice. It stays on low until you hit a button. Nice to see at night when you are walking by. The set up was easier than the original. All in all, its been perfect after a month even with the power outages we have had (Ice storms are the pits)

Can the fan be program to come on 10 minutes each hour and off for 50 minutes. Will this affect the heat and cooling of the unit, or will the heat or cooling time be counted in the ten minutes.

      A:

In 'Intermittent' mode the fan runs for a pre-designated amount of time when the heating/cooling system is off, but these settings will not effect the fan's operation when the heating/cooling system is on.
