Comments about Stiebel Eltron Tempra 20 Electric Tankless Water Heater:

I've only had my heater in use for about 3 weeks, but the water is always hot and the unit requires very little space. I've shown it to some of my buddies and they were equally impressed. Thank-you!

So far, so Good

Comments about Stiebel Eltron Tempra 20 Electric Tankless Water Heater:

We live on the 4th floor of a condo building in Boston. Wedecided to try a tankless heater when the conventional electric water heater broke. The unit has one bath, a washer/dryer, and bath and kitchen sinks. The hot water comes fast in the shower(unit in closet beside shower) and is plentiful. With this unit, you can only run the hot water for one application at a time but this is not a problem for us. We opted not to upgrade to the Tempra plus because of the electric rewiring that was required to power it in our unit.
Bought a low flow shower head and love it. Flow is very strong: no difference from regular shower head.
Not sure on electricity usage yet. Only in 2 months and a year to year comparison looks very favorable but we will have to see if that holds up.
