What is the difference between the 009 and 909 as far as type of installation. Can they both be used for commercial application?

      A:

The 909 and 009 are very close: they have the same approvals and pass the same amount of water. The 009 is a little more compact and there is one cover for service where the 909 has three separate covers for service. Both valves can be used in commercial applications if allowed by your local code.
