Q:Does the price shown come with a burner or is that separate, if so type and price please
A:The burner is not included and must be purchased separately (part 521-100-031).
Q:i currently have a WTGO-4 that has a problem. im going to replace it and uncertain if i'm better off with the Ultra. which unit do you consider the absolute best boiler (wtgo4 vs ultra uo-4) its not a case of not enough BTU'S. thanks
A:The Ultra series is the slightly higher efficient model, with an 86.2% efficiency rating. The WTGO series has a rating of 85%. They both have a cast iron heat exchanger. The WTGO also includes a tankless heater option, which the Ultra series does not.
Q:what is the uo 3 weight
A:The UO-4, 127,000 BTU Output Ultra Oil Boiler weights 737 pounds, not including the burner which must be purchased separately.
A:The shipping weight of the UO-3 is approximately 636 lbs. (737 lbs for the UO-4).
Q:I have a 2750 sq.feet (including basement) home which Ultra oil boiler you would suggest. What do I need to buy in addition to the oil boiler?
A:The boiler you need depends on the number of BTU's required to heat your home. You can use our BTU calculator ( http://www.pexsupply.com/pex/control/BTUCalculator ) to get a better idea. The burner is not included and must be purchased separately.
Q:i have a 1000 square house witch model would you suggest the uo-3 or uo-4
A:For a 1,000 square foot home, we do not think you would need more than a maximum of 65,000 BTUs. Therefore, we would recommend the UO-3 over the UO-4, but we would also suggest that you lower the nozzle rating. This would reduce the amount of wasted oil, and can be done rather easily by a certified installer.
