                    For residential home use.

It actually is easy to install.
Except the service nipple out of boiler came installed with no threads on the service end, had to change it.

Electrical instructions could be more clear or detailed.

On a replacement of an old boiler, keeping the radiators, I suggest the instructions recommend putting the circulationg pump on the return side. This will keep the pump cooler & thus last longer.

The shipping company fork lift missed the pallet while trying to turn it and dented the side of the boiler casing.

The boiler tipped to the side in shippment. Why not ship it on its side rather than standing up? Then it will not tip.

I live in an older type home , and was pleased to find Pex Supply had the exact model that was in the house and was over 30 years old , of course it was the 2010 version, amazing ...So both product and supplier for me , was a positive experience.

From start to finish this unit took only 4 1/2 hours to install. Never installing a boiler before I followed the install manual step by step with success. I went with more BTU's than needed but in the long run it's going to pay for itself. I don't feel I made a bad choice. Very happy and warm!

Start up is another matter and if you are unfamiliar with your boiler, I would suggest you have a qualified mechanic perform startup for you. They will inspect your boiler for water leaks and propane leaks also along with checking pump and control operation. They should also check relief valve operating properly. Good luck, you by now can appreciate how nice hot water heat is compared to forced air.

Built in 1954 with original Pella windows and we did add additional 6 in thick insulation in attic. Block wall construction with brick on outside in Cleveland OH. 44149. I am looking at the CGA standing pilot model. Is the pipes in the floor considered low temperature radiant heat or high temperature on your calculator? what size CGA would you recommend.

In-slab tubing will normally be low-temperature (around 130°F) to prevent the floor from getting too hot to walk on barefoot. Baseboards normally operate with water temperatures around 180°F. A full heat-loss calculation would be necessary to determine your exact BTU requirement, but our calculator can give a good estimate.
