I've re-used that fitting before with good results. Do NOT re-use it if the
threads are damaged or stripped, and do NOT nick up the compression sleeve
with your pliers removing it from the tubing. Been there done that. I
learned to always have an extra fitting lying around just in case. Good
                        luck.

You may need to replace the ferrule, but the other fittings should be
fine. Check the o-ring and replace if it is damaged, otherwise you may
want to apply a very small amount of lubricant (silicone grease works)
to the o-ring to make it slide into the mating fitting easier. I have
reused this type of fitting several times with no problem. The sealing
surfaces are the barb and the o-ring, so make sure those are not damaged.

Check the compression ring. If there's no nicks, you should be able to
reuse them. If not, you can just get the rings. The threaded fittings
                        should be good to go.

This (part A4020500) is the fitting you need to make a compression connection with 1/2" PEX and the TruFLOW manifold. You can use part Q4020500 to make ProPEX connections if you have the proper tool.

These fittings would not work, as Rifeng manifolds use a different thread style. Unfortunately there are no 5/16" fittings that are compatible with Rifeng manifolds.
