    Q:

I have a un-level floor and want to install quik trak with tile.. can I pour a self-leveler over quik trak than install tile as normal?.. and if I can't pour it over it why?

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

You can use the self-leveler, but you would need to place a cement board between the Quik Trak and the self-leveler. It is not recommended to put cement directly onto the Quik Trak because the moisture could harm the wood.

can laminate flooring be placed directley on top.

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

Yes, you can place laminate flooring directly on top of the Quik Trak unless glue is being used to put the laminate flooring down. If glue is being used a piece of plywood has to go in between the trak and the flooring.
