        • Model 132 Pre-assembled Drain Pump

          Q:

I have the unit connected to the kitchen sink. When a lot of water is discharged down the drain, the unit comes on to pump the water out. However, I'm getting overflow from the open vent on top of the pump. How can I prevent this from happening? Also getting sewer smell from cabinet. Any suggestions??

            A:

sounds like you have an issue with the main drain line itself, especially if you have a sewer smell coming back.
