Is this item in stock?

Stock and expected lead time are listed on all products throughout our website. Items that are in stock at our warehouse or a local supplier will ship out within 24-48 hours. Learn more about our inventory messaging on our Product Availability page.

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site.

Do you drop ship?

We will drop ship orders if it means that you will receive them faster that way. Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Long Island, New York, but if a supplier has an item available and it will get to you faster, we will sometimes drop ship.

Do you have a local distributor close to me that I can get it from?

At this time, we only have one location, but all items will ship directly to you, wherever you are.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently do not ship products outside of the United States.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Long Island, New York. In some cases, we will ship merchandise direct from the supplier in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I just pick up the order myself?

If you are located within a 20-mile radius of our Farmingdale location, you will see a pickup option when placing your order on the website. All items that are in stock at the time your order is placed can be picked up within 2 hours. For items that are not in stock, you will get a separate email when they are ready for pickup. Please note that you must place your order before coming to pick up the items. If you wish to pick up your order but do not see the option on the website, please call our Customer Service team at 888-757-4774 and they can place the order for you.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change. We will then check to see if the order has already left our facility. If the order has already shipped out, you will have to wait until it is received, then return the merchandise that you wanted changed or place a new order for extra items. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to make any necessary changes.
