The TracerSpacer is a simple, low cost, snap-on device designed to provide a consistent separation between plastic pipe and its tracer wire. This helps eliminate the possibility of wire to pipe contact or electrical shorts caused by installation defects or third party damages. The TracerSpacer also ensures that the tracer wire does not become displaced away from the pipe during backfilling. It maintains a consistent 6" separation to provide accurate locting of the pipe in the future, therefore, reducing your third part damages.
