This is my second time to use Mag-Erad, and it works. This time I used Mag-Erad to stop the grumbling in a 23 year old gas fired water heater. I actually left the cleaner at 120 degrees for six hours, and you would not believe what came out. Haven't heard a grumble in over a week.
