Easy to mount, great for supporting an expansion tank.

There wasn't enough space under my sink for the 4-gal, 12"-diameter storage tank, so I used this bracket to mount it in the basement. It seems well constructed and the band clamps are easy to tighten once you get the hang of them. I would have preferred a lower-profile design (why does it need to stand off the wall that far?), but it's in a place where that's not critical.

Purchased hanger kit for a garage project but won't get to it till the weather breaks. It's usually how I do things and there's always something that needs to be exchanged or needed to work out the best way possible. Supply House works for me.

It will do the job well

Cant beat these guys for selection and price. I am completely redoing the water delivery and plumbing in an older house on a well. We are replacing everything from the well head to the faucets in the sinks so we have ordered hundreds of parts. At first I shopped online slowly eliminating the suppliers with limited selection and/or non-competitive pricing. At the end of the project I found myself turning to SupplyHouse for everything. Well designed product that does what it is supposed to do. The clamps are long enough to support a larger tank than specified. Looks like they could support a tank that is 13" in diameter.

This is a simple, low-cost strap for securing your expansion tank. I found it to be a little bit "wobbly" since the tank is much larger than the screw-down section of the clamp. It's not unsafe, however, and it does the job. If you typically like gold-plated, clean tools made in Germany this may not be the clamp for you. But if you just want to do the job in a secure, safe, economical way, this clamp works fine.

First time purchase and wish I found looooong ago. Made very professional installation indeed for a HWT changeout.
