Great Thermostat, Great seller
I bought the Prestige IAQ to control my Furnace/AC and my whole house humidifier. It was simple to install with a little understanding of wiring. So far it works like a charm. I want to see how it works during the dry winter months when I need the humidifier.

Fantastic system; one small warning
The Honeywell Prestige systems are just stunning; the thermostat is beautiful and the interview-based programming is simple and solid. While Honeywell considers these "pro install only," I did not have any troubles at all as handy homeowner.
My main reason for purchase is that the thermostat has the integrated humidistat; I have a whole-home steam humidifier and while theoretically you can have the humidistat mounted on the return duct, in practice that gave completely incorrect readings.
One warning! If you need humidification to operate when the system is in Cool or Off modes, you must install a C7735A1000 Discharge Air Temperature Sensor! The thermostat will not allow you to select these modes without the sensor installed. The installation manual doesn't mention this, only the "online help" on the thermostat itself.

The best thermostat I ever owned.
Although I used a professional heating company to install this stat, I observed all his moves. This has to be the easiest stat to install. The options and settings are numerous and easily understood. I would recommend this stat to everyone. A bit pricey right now, but worth every penny.

Q: Wondering why the YTHX9321R5003 product is more expensive given that this one seems to be the exact same but with the EIM included.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYes, the one with the included EIM is less expensive. It is easier for the manufacturer to manufacture a complete package, therefore the cost is less.
