I purchased the 250K unit, over rated for my shop (calculated only needing 195,000 BTU) but by far the best unit for the money! I suspended it from uni-strut and threaded rod, plates were already adjusted and it balanced perfectly, didn't have to adjust threaded rod receiver plates. Heats my whole shop from mid 40's - 60 degrees in a few short minutes, I couldn't believe it

I have two of these heaters in my greenhouse. One is sufficient, but also one as a backup. The first two are 17 years old and the heat ex-changer cracked on both, about the same time. I always thought that they heated up too much before the fan would kick on, (45 - 60 seconds), and I didn't care much for the gravity exhaust. The new one's have forced air exhaust and also heats up just about 10 to 15 seconds before the fan kicks on, which should be easier on the ex-changer. Not as much expansion/contraction

our old unit was the same without the vent blower on it. this unit puts out half of the heat and run 3 time more then the old one.

Product is awesome! Easy to install...more than enough to heat the 35 x 30 garage (not insulated). Directions were excellent and the propane conversion kit was also easy to install. Third party delivery service was delayed and a bit frustrating, but customer service handled things well and were very reactive.
