No warranty coverage
I purchased an brand new AO Smith water softener that came with a defective control board and the transformer was blown. I've requested replacement parts 3 times without a response. I filed the paperwork for the warranty when I purchased the unit. This review has absolutely nothing to do with Supply house. I'm sure they can hook up up with a quality unit just don't let it be from AO Smith

Seems to be good quality. Easy install and set up.
Two days in operation. Hardness measured and progressively dropping to "soft" category as resin gets generated. PPM of well water near 500. Now below 100 and trending down. Box showed WiFi featured but not the case. Not found on the set-up screen menus.
