A model number is a number the manufacturer assigns to a complete unit (e.g. boiler, water heater) for identification purposes. When shopping for replacement parts, identifying your unit's model number will ensure the parts you purchase are compatible with your unit.
The model number of the boiler will be on the name/information plate or sticker on the outside of the boiler. The information plate is usually rectangular and will likely contain a lot of information or numbers. The model number usually follows the printed words "Model Number" or "Model No."
In order to find the manufacturer recommended replacement part, we will need the model number of your unit to access a parts list. We will not be able to identify a boiler model based upon photos of the boiler itself. If you already checked your boiler and are unable to identify the model number, you can fill out a part request form with any and all information you do have and a team member will follow-up with you.
If you don't see your boiler brand, then unfortunately it is a brand we do not carry, and we would not be able to access a parts list and locate replacement parts for your unit.
There are some common manufacturers that make parts for various brands, so if you have a part number it's possible we may have access to a generic replacement part. Please fill out a part request form and a team member will follow up with you.
