I`m glad I found the web site SupplyHouse.com
I`m having a lot of troubles with the mixing valve not lasting long enough. The boiler men won`t fix the problem, so I had to find a cheaper way of buying the kit, Amtrol 420-k. SupplyHouse.com is that place. Two days and it`s here.

Works like a charm.
I was only getting luke warm water in the shower because the mixer valve wasn't working. Now the water is so hot even the dishwasher is done quicker because it doesn't have to heat the water itself.
