I would buy this product again, but hoping I won't have too.
Somehow, someway, the ionizer ground contact came off the ionizer frame and got lost. Wish I had noticed earlier because I had to replace the power pack early last year. It probably went out due to a short, because of the missing contact, and I didn't notice at that time. So... after a little more than another year the replacement pack also shorted. Now, with the contact, I'm hoping pack #3 has a long steady run like #1 (before the contact was dislodged).

Q: Hello. The replacement part number I was told I needed for my Aprilaire 5000 (it's the series 2) was 4314 (media ground replacement) but the SKU number for the one on your website is different. Would you be able to tell me if it's compatible with my unit?
