Fixed
Ran the Aprilaire test procedure and found out I had a bad relay. Bought a new board.I also bought a new relay to fix the old board as a spare. At first I thought the water solenoid was bad since I was not getting any water. So I replaced that with no luck. Come to find out there is an orifice in the water line after the solenoid that was clogged. I had hard water and recently added a water softener to the whole house. So the orifice should remain clean.

We had our 2014 Aprilair 800 smart Humidifier stopped humidifying, caused by the water never shutting off (Fill valve). I am a knowledable DYIer and went through the various troubleshooting processes that determine that the control card was at fault. We bought the card from Supplyhouse.com, received it right away. I carefully unplugged each connection on the old card one at a time and connected it to the new card and buttoned up the box. My wife and I could tell right away that it was working properly by the sounds it was making. We were relieved as everything is back to working again
