Great customer service
I purchased a replacement part for my Aprilaire whole house steam humidifier. The screws were loose in the box, most likely packed from Aprilaire and some of them were lost in shipment. Supplyhouse was very accommodating and sent a whole new part, but this time they made sure the screws were in a separate bag. I will continue to order from SupplyHouse for this type of customer service.
