Great product, great price!
I installed this unit on my home HVAC system 2 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. It has worked flawlessly year around in N. Alabama for my 3000 sq ft house. The control can be set to give you whatever level of control you want. Connected to your HVAC thermostat it will operate when you want it to and provide as much ventilation as you want.

Bad control unit in Aprilaire 8126x
Supply House is great, I always order from them. This unit Aprilaire 8126x had a bad controller. My hvac guy tried for hours with Aprilaire tech to figure out why dampener was not opening. First it was the motor not working and magically it started (motor was probably stuck). Then nothing would work so Aprilaire suggested replacing the controller, 8120. Called Supply House, they shipped it out same day. Received it and hvac guy replaced it and everything then worked as it should. Wonder if Supply House got a bad batch of these from Aprilaire?

This is a good product at a good value
I have been using the AprilAire fresh air ventilation system in foam envelop houses for several years. It is highly adjustable and seems to do a good job at a good price. The thing I like best is no customer issues or complaints.

Works good, can be used in conjunction with HRV/ERV
I have this installed with the Aprilaire 8100 energy recovery ventilation unit. Has to be wired to the ventilation unit blowers for the control transformer for the damper, wire the controller as described in the manual to the ERV/HRV unit. Works as described and give automatic damper control. Applications in cold climates should definitely use this method.

Apriaires new 8126x is an improvement on a system that I felt didn't need improvement.I like the temperature and humidity sensor.
