Handy but be careful
I'm using these on 2x4 LED panel lights. One goes into a KO on a cover that fits over the octagonal box on the ceiling. In two cases the wire shorted out to the fitting. While there are no noticeable burrs, the edges are just sharp enough to penetrate the insulation on the wires when pushing the cover into place. I'm now using plastic bushings on the box end of these and haven't had problems since.
