I ordered a 1/2" male flare x 1/2" male pipe fitting. I received a 3/8" male pipe x 1/4" male flare fitting. When I called about it, the people were very apologetic and, since I could buy this fitting locally, they refunded my money, plus an additional $10. I guess we all can make mistakes.
