The shower curtain rod is made of Stainless Steel with a satin finish, featuring an 18-gauge (1.2 mm) thickness. The extra-heavy-duty shower curtain rod has an outside diameter of 1-1/4" (32 mm). The flanges are one piece and die-formed. The shower curtain rod is surface mounted to ensure a secure installation.
