Don't use in HWR recirculation
The minimum PSI for the flow to be accurate is 15PSI. I did not notice this on the spec sheet when purchasing for a HWR recirculation line. Generally, the HWR pumps don't generate more than about 10PSI, which means the true flow through this metering device is going to be about 1/2 what the rating is.
