Product is exactly what we needed
We needed a well cap, but weren't required to have a weather proof cap so we did some looking and found this. Estimated arrival was to be about a week out, so I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Extra, doubling the cost of the item. It still took almost a week to arrive. I messaged customer service and never got a response. The product is great for what we needed though. Bottom line, if you're going to order, don't pay extra for shipping, they'll steal it and still deliver it in standard shipping time.
