Blower Replacement Kit, 105756-01

Previous order completed in days. Waited a month for plumber to get tell me that parts were on b/o. House froze up 3 times, not fully because of our propane heaters. Ordered from here, 3 days later parts arrived. My local propane provider installed in a little over an hour. Done. Will be ordering a Bosch water heater, and a ductless a/c heater combo when project house gets closer to that time

I installed two Burnham Alpine 80's in my 2 family house in 2009. The first blower went shortly after the 5 year parts warranty expired. $700 to replace. The second lasted longer as I replaced it in November 2018. $700 to replace. That's for the part, I did the labor. Happily the Alpine 80 does diagnose the problem. If you're considering buying an Alpine gas boiler you need to budget in every 7 years or so a $700 replacement part. I was told by Burnham's tech department that it's the electronics in the computer for the blower that goes bad.The Alpine 80 modulates according to the outdoor temperature and it's this fan that delivers more gas or less gas thusly saving energy. One does have to add $700 into the energy saving equation. I'm not sure these high efficiency natural gas boilers deliver actual energy savings over the long term. I received a government tax rebate in 2009 which lowered my cost. This type of boiler has more electronic parts that can eventually fail and add cost to long term operation.
