Description
–
Installed close to the entrance of a grease interceptor, it controls the flow so that hydro-mechanical separation of grease has time to process.
- Injection molded valve in non-toxic durable Gray polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- Normally used in the drainage portion of the DWV system only
- Maximum service temperature rated at (140F) +60C
- Flame Retardant, will not support combustion in the presence of an ignition source
- High chemical resistance to nearly all acids, alkalis, alcohols, halogens, and other corrosive media
- Use approved PVC primer and solvent cement to make PVC Joints
- Can be connected using mechanical joint couplings allowing for use of various piping materials
- Treaded cleanout access lid with neoprene o-ring
- Hand tighten access lid plus 1/2 turn for a watertight seal
