–
The lead-free EB45 water pressure regulator features a half cartridge design that offers the performance of a high-end, cartridge-based valve and the price of a traditional regulator. The valve construction is similar to a traditional regulator in that it retains a separate spring chamber and adjusting screw, but offers the simplicity and maintenance benefits of a cartridge-based valve. The EB45 pressure regulator valve comes factory set at 60 psi but may be adjusted between 10-70 psi and includes an integrated back-check feature in case the pressure in the system exceeds the incoming pressure.

This PRV is not any good. The pressure adjusting capabilities is useless.
I had incoming pressure of 130 psi and could not get it down to 60 psi. I took it apart,
removed the cartridge that was clean, re-installed it and the same thing. If I lowered it down to 50 psi it would start humming and vibrating. If I set it to 60 psi, it would creep up to 70-75 psi. This is the 3rd one that does this brand new right out of the box. Stay away! Very Frustrating!
