pretty basic wifi stat
I've prob used 75 of these stats so far and do not have too many complaints... Had one we couldn't link up with wifi for some reason but other than that works pretty well.
Like that you do not have to have a common wire for a wifi stat... comes in handy in these older homes when they only ran 4 wire and pulling a new wire is going to be difficult.

I would buy these again
We installed 134 of these in a college dorm, 2 years ago. Only been 1 issue since install, screen was locked-up. I have multiple building and 2 other brands of Smart Thermostats. These are the most foolproof for College students. And have the best price!

Great budget wifi thermostat
You can use this as a super basic heat/cool thermostat or add the app and get all the bells and whistles. I keep these as a great simple truck stock thermostat with wifi. Also can use batteries which is a huge plus to me as I don't have to run additional wires, etc as is necessary with many more high end wifi thermostats.

I would not buy this product again.
It can only be used on your phone and connection to WIFI is only 80% at best. Trying to manually use it is poor. I have been unable to return.
