Shipping issues
Item got delivered to the wrong house which I understand is the shipping companys issue. However Supply House attempted to say I wouldn't talk to the shipper and my refund was being denied. I then reached out to the shipper and they informed me that it was Supply House that wouldn't respond to their requests. I then called customer service at supply house and was blindly redirected back to the shipper. The rep at Supply House would not listen.
