This includes a 3-foot UL Certified garbage disposal power cord that fits most InSinkErator, Badger and Evergrind garbage disposals. This power cord allows the garbage disposal to be plugged into a standard wall outlet. Please note that it is necessary to have a 3-wire grounded receptacle within 3 feet of the disposer for this garbage disposal power cord to work properly.

- Used when a hard-wire disposal is NOT an option - make sure there is 3-wire ground electrical outlet within 3 feet of the garbage disposal
