The Asurity ULTRAIQP is the most advanced, intelligent condensate pump available. TMR sensor technology (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) senses water flow and automatically adjusts motor speed, ensuring quiet operation. The pump detects line blockages and increases water pressure to pulse and clear clogs. Its "end-of-season" mode drains water after 30 days of no detection. Equipped with a safety overflow switch, common, run, alarm connections, and 4 LED indicators. The see-through tank allows quick troubleshooting.

- Intelligent variable speed operation senses water flow and adjusts motor speed automatically allowing for quiet operation
- Self-cleaning feature detects when a drain line is partially or fully clogged, increasing the pressure in the drain line and pulses to clear the clog
- End-of-season mode. After 30-days of not detecting water, the pump automatically drains water from the tank
- 22 ft. maximum lift height
- Built-in safety overflow switch with alarm and run contacts shuts the system down preventing overflow
- LED and audible indicators confirm pump status
- Removable check valve for easy cleaning
- 4 inlet holes

Easy to install, works great
This pump is powerful enough to do the job - we have a basement HVAC system in the center of the house, so it has quite a ways to pump, but it handles it well. And it's very quiet. I hardly ever notice the noise. The variable motor speed is a nice feature that keeps it from being too loud on a regular basis. It was easy to replace my old broken pump, just following the instructions. SupplyHouse was easy to order from and shipped promptly.
