Excellent customer service
The pan motor bearings failed on an obsolete Honeywell zone damper operator. The customer service technician was able to accurately cross-reference the failed part to a direct fit replacement pan motor. He was a life saver as the OEM Honeywell replacement actuator would not fit to the existing damper shaft.
My hat is off to SupplyHouse.com for having a direct replacement.
