The PopTop series actuator provides easy installation for a variety of heating and cooling applications. The valve's actuator can be installed after the valve body has been installed onto the fan coil, baseboard or air handler.

It's an actuator
It does what it was supposed to do. Installation is a breeze. Move lever to open. Release and pull off, swap wire leads and reinstall. Clean the AC filter while you have the HVAC open. Have a beer afterwards.
Last one lasted about 10 years or so. Let's see how long this one lasts.
