The Erie zone valves. Are very easy to change in a tight space just snap on. But they don't last as long as the Honeywell

Tricky description
First, a few words on PexSupply.com in general: I was very very happy with PexSupply.com, I wish I could review in Yelp but I haven't find it yet. Delivery is prompt and efficient, and so is the customer service. Great prices too.
The website however could be greatly improved. For starter, there's no picture for every item (and a picture is worth a 1000 words, as they say..) and sometimes the same picture is used multiple times, and at times incorrectly: for example, the picture of a Erie actuator+valve is also used for the actuator only item.
Also, the filters don't work as expected. I was able to find the actuator by entering the SKU but not by using the filters; it seems the filters are set only to filter out actuators with the valve attached, not actuators only.
Finally, I had liked a better description of the item. I understand that pros are familiar with the product and already know what they want, but this was not my case and I erroneously ordered the wrong part.
I needed an actuator that opens the circuit if no electricity is applied (the thermostat is off). As I found out the hard way, the NO actuator is open when electricity *IS* applied, not the opposite. This is because with no electricity the spring clicks the switch down thus closing it. As it's a NO switch, if clicked, the circuit is closed. So I actually needed a NC actuator that is open when there's no electricity (switch is clickd) and closed when there is.
A last word to the producer of the actuator: both NO and NC actuators are identical, what changes is just the wiring of the switch. The NO is wired to the NO pin of the switch, and the NC is wired to the NC pin (duh!). I think it is easier to either put a switch for NO/NC operation or allow the buyer to rewire. I'd rewired my NO actuator to a NC one myself if the producer hadn't broken the NC pin!
